Vintage 1960s orange flower brooch by Sandor. A bright orange enamelled brooch with a yellow flower centre and yellow shading on the petals. The brooch fastens with a pin and roll over clasp in gold tone metal with Sandor stamped on the fastening.

The brooch is in good vintage condition, measuring 4.8cm in diameter.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Sandor was a small company makingξinnovative costume jewellery. It was founded by Sandor Goldberger in 1938 and he made pieces from silver, rhinestones and enamel in beautiful floral designs. Sandor is renowned ξfor its artistry and craftsmanship today. The company ceased operations in 1972.
